EPC DPW Stormwaterreview 1Sep 30, 2026
EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments on the special use application. Per your submitted site map it looks like you will (1) disturb over 1 acre during construction and (2) have added over 1 acre of developed/impervious area to the property since 2008. A stormwater permit (ESQCP) will be required for construction, see below for the engineering documents that will be required with the subsequent Site Development Plan project. Also, since there is over 1 acre of development, the developed areas will require water quality treatment (i.e. stormwater pond, rain garden, etc.) or exclusion from treatment. No action is required for this application, just informing you of the anticipated requirements for the Site Development Plan project. ESQCP Documents (for future Site Development Plan project): ESQCP Form, FAE Form, GEC Plan + Checklist, SWMP + Checklist, PCM Applicability Form Feel free to reach out with any questions.
