TriLakes Growth follows land-use applications, rezonings, subdivisions, and commercial development across the Tri-Lakes region of northern El Paso County, Colorado — Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Gleneagle, and Black Forest.

Records are compiled automatically from the El Paso County Electronic Development Application Review Program (EDARP) and the Town of Monument's Development Review Projects list, refreshed daily. Town of Palmer Lake items are compiled weekly from Planning Commission and Board of Trustees agendas. Land ownership comes from the El Paso County Assessor's public parcel data, which the county updates weekly; ownership shown here reflects the assessor's records as of the most recent import and may lag recent transactions. Each project page links to the original government file and documents.
