Note about the ESQCP form: you submitted a revised version, just changing the proposed area of disturbance on page 2. EPC does not issue revised or new ESQCPs for a revised planset mid-construction like this. We will just redline the original ESQCP form ourselves for internal tracking, but the main thing that redefines the limits of the ESQCP is the revised GEC Plan that we are reviewing.
