I own 151 Star View Circle (Lot 16, Lakeview Heights Unit 1, parcel 7105424001) within the Town of Palmer Lake. United Congregational Church owns the undeveloped tract adjoining my property to the east and is willing to sell me a portion, potentially up to approximately one acre, to expand the land associated with my residence. The area is wooded, sloped, and includes rock outcroppings. No new residence, structure, road, or development is proposed. The acquisition would provide additional buffer, wildfire-mitigation/vegetation management, and preserve the adjoining wooded/rock area. In 2011, the church conveyed approximately 10,000 sq. ft. to the adjoining property to the south, resulting in the Lomand Subdivision/replat (Plat R13166). I am seeking guidance on the County process for a similar conveyance. Exact acreage and boundaries will be determined with a licensed surveyor.
