Cool Rides, 303 W Hwy 105
The project is to propose 20 formalized parking spaces, 8 within curb and gutter and the remainder behind wheel stops as requested by the town. One of the spaces will be designated ADA parking. Two existing vehicle storage stalls will remain on the north side of the building. Parking will be shared between the daytime use by the automotive sales facility and the evening use by the pub. A trash dumpster pad is proposed with the repaving with limited screening by reducing the view from the right of way via frontage landscaping. No change is proposed to the site lighting or overhead utility lines.
